1. The vehicle is provided in exchange for the client's commitment to pay GO AND CARS, SL, the daily amount indicated on the front (section "Rental Vehicle"), an amount that will be increased with the Value Added Tax (VAT), with fuel costs being the client's responsibility. The vehicle is delivered with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. The contract includes 200 km/day, excess km is billed at 0,20 cent/km.

2. The vehicle must be returned to GO AND CARS, SL on the date indicated in the heading as the expected return date. Any delay in delivery on the indicated date will cause a daily charge of €50/day unless there has been an agreement in this regard between GO AND CARS, SL. and the client.

3. The vehicle is in perfect condition in appearance and operation and in the conditions of mandatory and voluntary insurance that is reflected in the conditions of the policy that is delivered to the client, along with the administrative documentation of the vehicle. The client accepts the insurance conditions and renounces from this moment to exercise against GO AND CARS, SL any type of judicial or extrajudicial action to demand liability that for any reason could arise from the disposal or use of the vehicle that is not covered by the aforementioned vehicle insurance policy.

4. The client undertakes to use the vehicle with due diligence, taking care of it as if it were its owner, and respecting current legislation in Spain on traffic and road safety. The vehicle is transferred by the company GO AND CARS, SL exclusively to the client. In the event that the client leaves the vehicle to a third party, he or she will be responsible for all damages that the third party may cause to the vehicle. The client will be responsible for any damage that may be caused by the transferred vehicle. He will be responsible for the expenses derived from the damage suffered to the vehicle's upholstery, deterioration due to improper or negligent use, such as, for example, damage caused to the roofs. or underside of the vehicle, damage caused to the tires such as punctures, dents on the rims, deformation of the tires due to misuse, etc. These damages must be borne in full by the client, including the days of downtime in the workshop.

IF HAVE BEEN CONTRACTED: The vehicle has comprehensive insurance with a deductible of €300, so in the event of damage the client must pay the deductible, unless the company does not compensate for the type of accident or for any reason. exclusion, in that case the client would have to pay the total for the repair of the vehicle and the damages caused to third parties. The vehicle is delivered clean inside and out, so it will be delivered in the same conditions. Failure to do so will result in a penalty (from €12 to €100) for cleaning. Likewise, the client will be responsible for any damage that may be caused to third parties due to the use of the replacement vehicle, provided that they are not covered by the referenced insurance policy.

5. The company reserves the right to carry out an inspection of the vehicle at any time, if there are well-founded suspicions that it has suffered any type of damage or that the client fails to comply with any of the commitments in the previous clauses.

6. In the event of theft or total loss of the rental vehicle, the client must assume responsibility and will be responsible for all expenses including the replacement value of the vehicle on the market. GO AND CARS, SL is not responsible for any loss or theft suffered inside the vehicle during the transfer period, nor for any damage suffered by the objects found inside the vehicle at the time of the theft or accident. .

7. During the transfer period, the client undertakes not to use the vehicle in transport activities for consideration, nor to transfer it to third parties with or without consideration, nor to participate in automobile competitions of any kind. Unless expressly authorized by GO AND CARS, SL, which must be stated in writing, the rental vehicle will not be used outside the limits of Spanish borders, and its departure from Spanish territory is expressly unauthorized.

8. Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle cabin.

9. In the event that during the transfer period some type of anomaly occurs in the operation of the vehicle or an accident, the client must immediately notify GO AND CARS, SL and call the vehicle insurance tow truck so that it can be recovered. repatriated to our Esteller Import workshop located at Avda Magallanes, 1 in Benicarló. Phone 682900300. GO AND CARS, SL will transfer another vehicle to the client with the same conditions if it is available. In cases of lack of availability of another vehicle for transfer to the client, it will not determine any type of responsibility for the concession.
