Minimum age:

The minimum age for rental is 26 years old, with a 2-year old Driver's License.

Minimum rent:

The minimum rental is 24 hours, the days are billed in periods of 24 hours, with a margin of 1 hour of courtesy, from the time the vehicle was picked up, otherwise, 1 more day of rental will be billed.

Cancelation conditions

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours (3 days) will have no cost to the client, that is, a reservation can be canceled free of charge as long as it is done by giving more than 72 hours notice by email or WhatsApp.
• Cancellations that are communicated less than 72 hours (3 days) will have a charge of 50% of the total amount of the reservation
• If you want to postpone the reservation (1 postponement) there will be no penalty as long as you give a maximum of 24 hours' notice.

Payment

Payment must be made with a CREDIT Card, or in cash only up to €1.000, which is what the law allows. If the reservation exceeds that amount, everything must be charged to the card (according to current law regulations).

Bond

The deposit must be made with a CREDIT Card.

Deductible

The vehicles have an excess in case of damage, for which the client is responsible; its amount depends on the type of vehicle being rented.
When reserving/hiring the vehicle you can hire an additional amount per day to have an excess exemption, this way you would not pay anything additional for the damages included in the excess.

Tank full / full

All our vehicles are delivered with a full tank of fuel, this makes everything easier, upon return the vehicle must be returned completely full (same as when we delivered it to you).

If the return was not full, you would have to be invoiced for the estimated amount of the fuel shortage, plus a surcharge for refueling.
Next to our facility there is a gas station so you can go and refuel and everything is faster and easier.

Mileage included

Our rates include a limited number of kilometers per day, anything beyond these kilometers would be billed separately.
Excess mileage will be billed at 0,20ctms/Km

Required documentation:

At the time of collecting the vehicle, you must present the original ID or passport, and the Driving Permit, both valid and original, and admitted for driving in Spanish territory. Digital or other documents will not be accepted.
To prepare the contract in the reservation, you can send us the scanned documents or by WhatsApp, but you must present the originals when you come to pick up the vehicle at our offices.

Failure to present the mandatory documentation at the time of delivery (or previously) will be considered a breach of the conditions by the client. In this case, the client may propose the details of an alternative person who meets the conditions, the reservation will be modified free of charge and the new client will be the one who deposits the deposit and is ultimately responsible for the rental contract. If there is no alternative person who can provide the documents, the rental must be canceled (without the right to a refund) and there will only be the possibility of postponing the reservation for the next 6 months.
