Who is authorized to drive the vehicle?

The rented vehicle may only be driven by the person listed on the rental contract. You can hire additional drivers, consult our advisors when making the contract.

How many kilometers can I do?

In the reservation we indicate how many kilometers you can travel.

What vehicle can I rent?

What documentation do I need to send to rent?

ID and driving license, both valid.
Have a valid DNI, NIE or passport, and driving license (expired documents are not accepted). You must present the original of both documents at the time of taking the vehicle; photocopies or photos are not accepted. If you do not present a Spanish, European or United Kingdom driving license, you will need to present an international license along with the original license from your country.

What is the difference between bail and franchise?

The deposit is the deposit made as a guarantee to cover additional costs to the rental, such as extra km, fuel or damage to the interior of the vehicle.
 The excess is the part corresponding to the damage to the vehicle in the event of an accident or external damage.
The franchise can be canceled by contracting the franchise exemption.
The deposit is mandatory, and will be paid in visa when picking up the vehicle.

Can I leave Spain?

No, our vehicles can only be used in mainland Spanish territory.

What is Bail?
